Meeting at pavilion 7, changing cloths, boarding on the bus (Sokolniki Exhibition Centre).
All participants should have working international passport
8.30 am
Transfer to Vnukovo airport
10.30 am
Arrival at Vnukovo airport, international terminal, check in for flight Moscow – Longyearbyen (Spitsbergen, Norway). Flight on board AN74.
12.30 pm
Flight. Estimated time of flight: 5 h. 30 min.
4.00 pm
Landing in the Longyearbyen airport, plane refueling. Taking additional cloths at the Longyearbyen airport.
5.00 pm
Boarding, flight by route Longyearbyen – Borneo, estimated time of flight: 2 h. 30 min.
7.30 pm
Landing in Borneo ice airfield. Survey excursion of Borneo ice base (20 min). Dinner in the chief cabin of Borneo ice base (45 min). Staying in the heated tents of Borneo ice base (10 persons in a tent). Boarding on MI-8 helicopters (depending on meteorological conditions) which will deliver the expedition to the geographic North Pole. Time of flight: 40 min. Official opening ceremony of the First in the world exhibition at the North Pole, exposition survey, photo session (2 hours). Return to Borneo ice base. Ceremony awards with certificates on reaching the North Pole. Conference
Concert by Denis Shapovalov in commemoration of the opening of the First in the World Exhibition at the North Pole and the project "Mobile polar museum".

Flight to Longyearbyen.
6.00 pm
Arrival at Longyearbyen, plane refueling.
